Descending The Stairway Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Descending The Stairway

Rating: 5.0

L-et the new dawn shine,
A-s the sun rays ascend;
I-t's a beautiful Tuesday,
N-ight cold raindrops
E-nd.

M-orn thirty-first January
A-ims to warm your birthday;
U-nderneath the blue sky,
R-ising beacon lights up the way.
I-n spite of the height,
C-limbing up makes your day;
I-nstead of staying atop, think
O-f descending the stairway.
