Desiderium
I jolted awake
in the middle of the night;
longing for your touch.
In total agreement with Dr. Nehal! Beautifully crafted poem, Bernard.
Such longings and wants challenge everyday life and make it a wonderful exercise. I have read somewhere that "wants " make life worthwhile, not getting all of them fulfilled. Lovely write. A tinge of sensuality I read into it.5 *s
