Devotee Poem by Adryan Barnathan

Devotee

Rating: 3.3

He is a holy man, I do not deserve
Opens his power to, the whole universe
I can not explain, the simple law
that makes me serve him, and follow his path
The question is, why can't we stand
together as, woman and man?
Why must I do, everything he wants me to?
Must he control everything inside my soul?
Where am I, what about me?
I won't loose myself, just to be
his devotee
