Difficult to persuade

It is difficult to persuade
and dissuade
human beings
to bring even for their own good

friendly advice goes unheeded
even if it was needed
for their betterment
and was presented before time

it is human psychology
to suffer and then ask for an apology
go in for a stupid adventure
and finally, land with failure

we take it as an insult
as arrogance is inbuilt
we never feel guilty
and feel pity for the self later

time never waits
and shuts the gate
if the timely address is not made
and it turns as deadly
