Disillusion Poem by Sandra Feldman

Disillusion

Rating: 5.0

Vegetating in a slumber,
Knitting cobwebs,
No more dreams
Disappointed in Life's cover,
Things are never what they seem.

Try some melatonin...it helps with the sleeping. As far as life's cover, it can often be disappointing....but what can we do? Do our best and look for inspiration...sometimes poetry does the trick.

Knitting cobwebs, these are powerful words of disillusion, very sad yet, sometimes when we thing we are out of dreams, suddenly one is knocking at the door, your poetry always has such substance Sandra
