Divorce Poem by Mysterious Writer 333

Divorce

Rating: 5.0

The shouting and bickering never stops,
And the loud noise I hear never drops,
I know very well that they're fighting again,
Their constant arguments are driving me insane.

I cover my ears and try to fall asleep,
But the pain they've caused is very deep,
The fear that they might divorce always keeps me awake,
And the tears that soon follow cause me to shake.

Every fight they have breaks my heart,
Every foul word spoken tears me apart,
They're driven by hatred, controlled by rage,
And neither wants to turn over a new page.

The shouting and bickering suddenly stops,
And the loud noise I hear finally drops,
I know very well that tomorrow they'll start again,
While I try very hard to remain sane.

Divorce indeed! ! ! Save themselves, their poor children and anyone else involved. Any more heartache. As painful as a unhappy marriage is it is so much better to break free from a loveless marriage. A great insight into witnessing Divorce. Thank You
