Do You Remember Wisteria…?
Do you remember Wisteria
I do
Did you play beneath the flowers
I did
Did you see the blue tongues underneath
I saw
Did you hide in the flowers
I would
Was it something magical
I think
Did that Wisteria tree protect your youth
I'm sure
Will you see it again
I will
In the quiet ofJapan
I pray.

Wisteria was all enveloping in my youth around NSW. You don't sea it in the tropics or equatorial areas.It is indeed a spiritual tree of immense beauty. ps. a blue tongue is a native lizard in OZ
