How to get rid of panic? Don't panic, everything will be o.k. Take time. Believe you in God, the Almighty. Everything will be well. This much I can say it as a confidence-building measure.
If you get weak, things will not be good for you. Fear-phobia will harden the grip over you. But forget you not to be on guard of.
Take care of ourselves so that God will protect us. A poem full of faith and hope.....10+++
