Sometimes I wonder what you see in my eyes
Somtimes I falter underneath the when and whys
Somtimes the shelter just begins to disappear
Sometimes the only time Im sane is when you are near

So confusing these thoughts that are inside my head
So lost is the path along which I am led
So fallen my soul now without having you here
So brilliant the light of love overshadows the fear

And where would you have me turn to take this pain away
And what words would it take from me to just make you stay
And how far must I crawl before you finally open your eyes and see
That there is no ever after without you with me

Sometimes I let my blue skies fade into grey
And sometimes I go out of my way to make them that way
And if it seems I stumble somwhere along the way
Just give me one more tommorrow to make a case for love today

Hold my heart in your hands for just one more night
And think of all the promises and the things I did right
And maybe for a moment we can be the lovers we want to be
And maybe this time we can live the fantasy

Feel me in the pacing and the rhythm of this rhyme
And let me hold you only for now and all time
And let the last words spoken say that your heart is mine
Let the light of love inside us now forever shine

Dont take away your love now Im begging you please
Im sitting in silent tears, Im down on my knees
Let me make good on the promises and the vow
And maybe we can have our forever somehow

Dont take away your love from me, I cannot survive
Without you to breathe life in me Im just not alive
So take these words to heart cause there is no poetic flair
