Doomsday Poem by Dorsey Baker

Doomsday

Darkness looming
Chaos consuming
No prophets preaching
End of time
The warning sign
A nervous state of mind

Everybody is speeding
But going
Nowhere fast
Where the future
Is the past

Confusion is no illusion
Naked reality
You wear just like
A frown upon your face
The remembrance of a
Nowhere place
