Driftwood Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Driftwood

Rating: 5.0

Alcoves of lambert chartreuse
Beech full of mystic purple flowers
Light like white clouds of Shekinah
Hope praises in folding tides
I find the sand of silk gold
Seagulls of gentle blue moons
Cherry stars sigh like quiet lions

Shells awake in songs of saints
Time is a bracelet of pearl
You are a dream of wild gardens
Green emeralds laugh like angels
Oak thrones with silver tongues
Rings in sequestered misty visions
The sea flows in tranquil circles

Our words gather the driftwood
