Echoes Of Grief, Love's Enduring Dance Poem by Mervyn Graham

Echoes Of Grief, Love's Enduring Dance

In the tapestry of life, a rupture deep,
A hole torn open, where emotions seep.
Through jagged edges, healing finds its way,
But remnants linger, where shadows play.

A piece of you, forever gone,
In the echoes of grief, love lingers on.
Don't shy away, from tears that fall,
For where there's love, there's room for all.

Embrace the sorrow, without disdain,
In its depths, healing shall reign.
Acknowledge the ache, let it reside,
For within its depths, love abides.

A void, a tear, a chasm wide,
Within my soul, where shadows bide.
The ache, the weight, it pulls me down,
A gaping wound, where light has flown.

Yet still I stand, though fractured, scarred,
My spirit weeps, my heart is marred.
I seek the threads to mend the rift,
To heal the wound, to find the gift.

Sit with the pain, let it be,
In its embrace, you'll find the key.
To heal, to grow, to rise above,
For love endures, in grief's sweet glove.

For in the darkness, seeds may grow,
From broken places, strength may flow.
So let the tear become a seam,
A pathway to a brighter dream.
