Elevator Music
Don't be elevator music
A background noise to life
Something heard but not listened to
Something that's there but never noticed
Break all conventions
If you find it necessary
Life is short and beautiful
Make a noise and be known
Write poetry, be a musician
Create with what life gave you
Just don't try to fit in
Play a part for others
Be strange, a little weird
Be alive and live
Embrace life's gift
