Evening Concert At The Mall Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Evening Concert At The Mall

Energy filling the atmosphere here at Desert Ridge Mall,
tapping this mind in measures of rhythm and time, possess-
ing an ability to ease into melodies and harmonies as they
move into visions of tomorrow.

Weathering the hardships and sacrifices of life itself as
intellect takes off into a subconscious realm in order to
take advantage of another dimension.

Collecting energy as if life depended upon it, counting on
rhythms as they continue to flow in and out of past experi-
ences, bringing them out into the open.

Savoring the excitement and thrills as they exercise their
interior strength throughout the writing of prose, going
tacitly into the night.

Having no worries or doubts to fret about or speak of, just
living on a pedestal of country-western music as it's being
played in the mall tonight.
