So let the emotion rise.
Release it by crying,
screaming, losing your temper,
or shaking with fear.
Spiritually you are
the creator of your reality.
Do the inner work and it will
lead you to emotional healing.

You have rightly said dear Dr. tony that every emotion has a reason to serve. Emotionally a person can do what ever he wants. If we do inner work then it will lead us to emotional healing. A beautiful poem so nicely executed.10
