Every Second Of Every Day Poem by Ronald Chapman

Every Second Of Every Day

I am nobody, a poor man she sees every day.

Because these words were never easier for me to say.

On a warm June day in 2012.

Now you're here, and you don't know why!
In my dreams...
Please stay!

Every second of every day.
That you'll always get your way.

I was born so far away under the wrong sky in the wrong time.
Soon we two are standing still in time

In my dreams every night.
And even as I wander, I'm keeping you in sight...

A party every day.
But you can bet... you got something to say!

Every second of every day.
That you'll always get your way.

I was born so far away, under the wrong sky in the wrong time.
Soon we two are standing still in time...
