Excusable Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Excusable

Few can say...
They do not choose to make,
Their own decisions.
Done to do to have it their way.
From sunrise to sunset.
As God provides,
All of us with minds to decide.

Few can say,
With a consciousness.
They had not had opportunities,
From which to select and pick.
Yet,
There are those who will sit.
Quick to lay blame on others.
For what they did to choose.
And on a daily basis,
To make accusations.
With it wished to make valid,
Excuses.
But refuse to admit,
What they've created to have made...
No one else,
Was neither there or a part of it.
Or heard to suggest or recommend.
