Headaches to prevent and end them.
To recognize when they begin.
May for many be difficult to avoid.
Or ignore the affects to accept.
Especially if a choice to be made,
Is between having peace of mind.
So many find unable to define.
Or remain anticipating being annoyed.
Since making excuses to enjoy them shared,
With others prepared to listen.
Has become a common addiction,
Many self inflict.
And the thought of giving this up,
Many refuse to do these days.
Since the doing of it,
Would leave them without a reason to live.
