Eyes Of My Divine Poem by Soumili Karmakar

Eyes Of My Divine

Seeking for branches within my reach and beyond,
The mahogany trees filled with leaves and lidless hearts missing some counts.
The eternal life breathing along, while humming with the strings of my beholding dawn.
Sitting infront of my golden light, bursting ecstasy all introduced in those sacred smiles as eras nourished in divine eyes.
Little thousand candles are illuminating to find his tidal winds,
The one that flickered and shared an union's connection at first before dreaming loud in undiscovered realms.

Wings are crafted to assist leaves to encourage mighty warriors before folding the laces of my love.
In buds of spring, did my muse sleep tight holding my arm?

Lightening the sky with her lively cheerful dyes,
I never mentioned, she is what the heaven proclaims to the infinity sky.
The mountain, where departure of my space-ship landed.
The other side of the globe was discovered while we grasped together in silence.
I found always in all my never let go's was the rains that said, " she was the only one I adored".

The sky with everlasting rainbows
Painted my mind in sketches of incessant hueful clouds,
The dewy-drops reposing, during calm winds are forming a band to dance around.
The mirror I found
Thus, reflected and wished for a countenance I loved from heart.
I took more than a year to acknowledge what shined and turned streams inside my pounding heart that some of the ballads spoke about.

When butterflies rode straight into my world,
I thought they didn't catch me staring at them transcending all my words enough,
Within a blink I encountered the tender light of heaven
Oh, how it blended with the moonlight to shine on my eyes by being defenseless and always weaven.
