Face To Face Poem by Jessica Elizondo

Face To Face

You've hurt, you've caused pain,
You've conspired, and you've
been well trained. Your eyes
aren't dark, no evil, just blue, but
not completley true. You've lied,
and you've tried to break and crush
me. You laugh at cruelness, and
frown at laughter. You've darkend my
dreams of a happily ever after. But
now as I look at you, face to face, I
realize that I've got some issues
to work on, you've showed mr that
much. After all you'r only an image
in glass that looks back and
into my mind to trick it.
