Fairytale Gone Bad - Poem by Ciearra Everill
You were all I wanted.
You were all I needed.
Someone so funny.
Someone with so much Beauty.
Then things started to change.
It turned into an outrage.
We stopped hanging out.
I didn't know how we'd turnout.
But the pain wasn't just skin-deep.
I cried myself to sleep.
So I'm done playing this game.
I'm saying good-bye to you and what you became.
I thought I loved you.
I thought I was your beau.
I guess I was wrong.
I'm going somewhere where I belong.
I'm going somewhere where I'll be loved.
somewhere where I wont be shoved.
I'm running to another man's arms.
A man with so many charms.
I'm leaving you and you could care less.
Correct me if I'm wrong but it would relive some stress?
So unless I hear you say 'I love you.'
Which is a dream that won't ever come true.
