Family Poem
This poem is about my family:
My father is often in his study;
He's a writer of history.
My mother is rather artsy;
She enjoys the craft of cookery.
My brother enjoys botany;
And teaching students beneath a tree.
My 2nd brother likes zoology;
And pleasures himself with mammalogy.
My 3rd brother craves voyagery;
Often sailing on the sea.
My 4th brother liked the army;
There he was injured fatally.
My sister delights in sewery;
And makes mittens and scarves for me.
My 2nd sister likes to sit entertainedly;
And watches televised tragedies.
My sister-in-law is one for bakery;
And turns out sweets bountifully.
My wife is unspeakably lovely;
And every time I look at her she dazes me!
And as for me?
I like writing and composery;
But as you can see,
I am bad at poetry!

My sorrows though to hear of your 4th brother. It is tragic for a Mother to lose a child, and a terrific loss upon the rest of the family as well! .. My deepest Condolences! ..
