Far Away
Did you hear that?
I feel it now..
The thought of hopes fading away,
Dreams and nightmares are all so real,
We need to feed them to make us feel.
I dream of a place so far away,
It’s here where I cannot stay.
I try and try and yet they die,
The thought of happiness flutters through my mind,
A person and a place somewhere in time.
One can only hope to see,
Yet unfortunately the one is not me.
