Far O'er Fair

Rating: 5.0

Two ways to say
the same thing are:

Both better said
'far-' than 'fair-'

'Pharaoh' and 'nefarious' are

both less well said
'fair-' than 'far-'.

(I declare, however,
with some despair,
that 'far-' in 'farouche'
is neither said 'far-' nor 'fair-'.)

Few words are said in many ways with little difference. Far and fair can be said in two different ways and we can twist them in pronunciation. Meaning differs little more during each twisting. Your brilliant observation on language and words motivate others while you represent your thought in poems. This is an excellent poem...10
