Fireworks And Mirth Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Fireworks And Mirth

Rating: 5.0

M-orn has just broken,
E-ve of new year passes by;
L-et January first warm
Y-our life beneath the sky.

D-awn of the Sunday
E-liminates the twilight;
L-eaving the dusk behind,
A-s well as the dark night.

C-lock makes the countdown,
R-inging on the day of your birth;
U-se the two occasions,
Z-ones of fireworks and mirth.
