Fit and fine

Yes dance with fun
While on run
Or with walk
And with talk

I quash
I could finish
All levels
And tell

Friends do talk
When mix with folks
They are originators
We are simply aspirators

Yes but with friends
It is dance
Dance with aim
We all claim

Life is beautiful
Fir us to remain purposeful
Either through live education
Or with presentable scenes

So we may create
Awareness and relate
The importance of being
Fit and fine with look and sing
