If you have a gun and hurt someone in America,
you gain fame and notoriety,
they may make a movie about you called
the adventures of Bonnie and Clyde;
If you give someone a flower or glass of water
you will be overlooked like a dusty book
on a library shelf;
give someone a flower or glass of water, nonetheless,
it is a kindness that can transform the world.
