Deep within the silvery cold
Asleep they lie beneath the snow
Covered by a white abyss
They await the thaw of Nature's kiss

Now sprouting sown bathe in the light
From out of Earth, long Winter's night
Welcomed by a warming breeze
Announced to all when Robins sing

Unlike a magic in a dream
Blue skies, sunshine and make believe
From a loving feeling flowers bring
They bless the dawning of our Spring
