Fools Poem by Doris Cornago

Fools

Rating: 5.0

In between
the mountains
of hard climb
Nestled a valley
of wisdom
seldom found
By fools who'd sit in
contemplation

All my life I've been
with such fools
Chanting, holding out
mendicant bowls
Cheaters and liars
touching an elephant

Fools
