Fools Poem by David Harris

Fools

Rating: 5.0

Here we stand as tiny specks,
saying our world in the only one.
Here we stand as bigots,
ignoring all the telling facts about.
Here we stand superior,
needing nothing and no one.
Here we stand alone,
so fearful of anything unknown,
but here we are such fools,
in that we believe our lies.

It seems we can all get caught up in our own world and forget about what else is out there. the challenge is how we see through that and move on. well written
