For Don - Poem by Elisabeth Anne Wingle

There's no applause, there is no fame
No one even knows your name
Two eyes in a sea of faces
You fill a space between two places
They say some watch and others do
Someday they'll be watching you

i enjoyed this. i had to THINK about this line before i understood it: They say some watch and others do.

it is similar to another saying i've heard which is something like this: some can do. those who can't, teach

thought-provoking. very nice and appropriate rhyming.

    bri :)

how are you these days? did i offend, or are you just taking some time off?
