Forever Friends Poem by Tracey Owens

I knew you would be someone important in my life,
but I didn't realize how important you would be.
You were there when I needed someone the most.
There was never sadness when I talked to you.
You gave me hope that everything would be okay just by talking to me.
Just your few words to me would somehow help me.
You always want me to see myself better and I am trying to.
You are the only person that listens to me when I need someone to talk to.
There are never lies when I talk to you because you always tell me the truth.
I can not afford to loose you as a friend because you mean to much to me.
I hope we will be good friends forever.
