Forming Etudes Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Forming Etudes

Rocking images of elderly
discrimination, filing notes
carefully in tomes of literature.

Forming sonatas of words, placing them
in extraordinary facets of renown.

Exchanging rhythms for melodies and notes
into measures of time and tempo.

Deciding on exacting, precise thought,
forming etudes in priority spaces with
metronomes, accompanied by thought.
