Friends
(Acquaintances many, true friends rare)
Friends are strength and joy
Light within darkness
Steadfast against life's blows
Supportive without question or rebuke
Bonded and true, time cannot break.
Friends never fail
Sharing all life brings, good and bad
Readily answering the call
Never flinching
When purple storms rage the heart.
