From Our Father's Hand

From our Father's Hand
Came a trial and testing
A shocked surprise was placed upon our plate
But once again His grace was superintending
Sufficient for the day we found His grace not late
But God was there and peace came like a river
A Comforting Spirit to minister to our need
In that moment we knew that Resurrection's power
Would reign Supreme and that once again we'd meet

And even death could not rob us of that glory
To be revealed in the land of the sweet by and by
Where with the saints and loved one's we shall gather
To that grand meeting place in the sky
Hallelujah for a risen Saviour
Who death sought with vengance
to rob Him of His power
But He has proven Himself strong on our behalf
His truth shall reign and be revealed in Judgement's Hour

I love Thy Word its truth is everlasting
And shall endure when man's word fades away
For You O Lord are faith's Author and faith's Finisher
There's none besides Thee O Lord who art so Great
My Salvation is sanctified and settled
I have believed and faith's brought victory
Praise God I know that my Redeemer liveth
And one day old death not even a memory!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
