From Out Of The Blue Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

From Out Of The Blue

No one inspired,
Has hired their desire.
Or commits to a task.
To then ask from another,
For their opinion to give.

Those motivated,
Take it upon themselves...
To face negativity.
Regardless of the outcome or results.
While enduring through obstacles to remove.
To then hear it said after clouds disappear.
From out of the blue.
With a showing of their true selves.
Are those claiming their support to give.
If success appears to be near the one,
To have come with the shedding...
Of their blood, sweat and tears.
Done alone without no one else to volunteer.
To make it clear what it is,
Why someone who does succeeds...
Seems to have done it.
With a choice to keep distanced.
As if to have disappeared.
