Germs - Poem by Oropher Tîwele

I am Sick, Sick of being, Sick

I am Tired, Tired of being, Tierd

I am Aching, an Aching feeling, Aching

I am Sore, an Sore feeling, Sore

How long does it last Twenty four, forty eight hours or more …

I cover my the Germs, I wash my Germs, what to do with these Germs

They run ramped, cause koas and turmoil throughout my body

I drink, eat and sleep while they run near and far

I try this and I try that but to no avail

I see a doctor, pay a co fee and what do I get, a bill for their time

Sometimes the germs are really mean and the doctor will give me a medicine

I go get the medicine and pay a co fee again and I continue to be…

I am Sick, Sick of being, Sick

I am Tired, Tired of being, Tired

I am Aching, an Aching feeling, Aching

I am Sore, an Sore feeling, Sore
