Get The Hathpace (Seven Lü) - Poem by Luo Zhihai

★ Get the Hathpace (Seven Lü)

☆ Poetry by Dufu(712-770, Tang Dynasty, China)
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai (1954-, China)

In strong gale and under high heaven, apes sound sad
Clear islet and white sand. Birds flow back
Boundless woods and their leaves fall one after another
Endless Yangtze River rolls to east
Ten thousand li far from home and I often feel sad for autumn
In old age, sick and alone, get the hathpace
In difficulties and hardships, my hairs become gray
Being frustrated, I will stop drinking every day
