Good New Year

G-ood new year is here,
E-arly in the morning light;
L-et the daybreak warm
Y-our heart after the
N-ight.
L-et the good new year bring
A-nother hope for brighter life;
N-o chance is asked to be given
T-o conflict, war, and strife.
A-llow your mind to show
N-o doubt, fret, and fear;
O-n the first of January, pray for the good new year.
