Goodnight My Star
Sleep my child
I put thee to rest.
I gave you life,
I did my best.
Though I love you so
You're no longer mine.
You belong to the sky,
My Little Star, you shine.
My Little Star
I want to hold you so tight.
But it's God's will,
I can not fight.
So rest my child,
For God knows more.
He waits for you
At heavan's door.
