Great Gladness Of Birth Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Great Gladness Of Birth

Rating: 5.0

G-reat gladness of birth
I-s taking the sadness away;
N-ight so lonely is gone,
A-ugust sixth sunny day.

A-bout great gladness of birth,
M-irth is brought to the heart;
L-ong cold chill and rain
A-re all going to depart.
S-hadows of the evening
A-re nowhere to be found;
N-ew dawn has broken, never will it let you down.

G-reat gladness of birth
U-shers you to ecstasy;
T-otal time of delight
I-s immeasurable to me.
E-ach great gladness of birth
R-emains precious and priceless;
R-emembering the event
E-ndorses joy and
Z-est.
