Grief 6 Questioning God Poem by Nancy Chambers

Grief 6 Questioning God

Rating: 5.0

Aortic Aneurysms are words I learned to spell
Dangerous operation but all went well
We thanked God with praise and song
But then something went horribly wrong
They removed his intestines, the Doctors tried
Blot clot in his bowels is how he died
Now it's hard to thank God with praise and song
When you are grieving the whole day long
All we can do is cry and cry
God answers prayers
But He never answers why
