Grieving
Never understood love
Until there was you
With new world opening for me
Smiles, laughter, and your passion.
Gone before your time
Grief overwhelms my days and nights
I howl fierce against the darkness
With purple storms ravaging my soul.
You were the love of my life
And with you gone
I endure atrocious blows of grief
Kneeling at your grave weeping.
