Gypsy Poem by G J Salgado

Gypsy

Going to places where the river takes me,
Finding laughter underneath the shade tree.
Meeting new friends from town to town,
Sweet summer heat never gets me down.
Cotton candy, caramel apples and carnivals,
Circus, farris wheels, pony rides, with festivals.
I am the girl that you will always remember,
Through my journeys I may return next September.
