Half-Hearted Tyrant Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Half-Hearted Tyrant

Rating: 5.0

Woke up sleepy-eyed
So damn tired
From last night's blues
So much to lose

Spoke to morning sun
While on the run
Tears subsiding
From my life's killing

Woke up to howling moon
Werewolves biting me soon
Half-hearted tyrant dying
Of all the terrorizing

I don't think the definition of tyrant allows for half-heartedness. I say 'the crueler the better'. AND, the more 'crullers' the better as well, especially if they have a chocolate mint glaze. bri : )

Bri, I'm giving Putin half a heart because he believes in God. His other half belongs to the devil.
