From poverty to prosperity
From sorrow to happiness
From war to eternal peace
From hate to sharing love
We have crossed all hurdles
We have set new milestones

This is not the end
But a new beginning to move
Ahead and let the world know
We are not asleep but is striving
To make the world a safe and
Better place for our children

Let us take an oath
In this Independence Day that
Squashing all discriminations
In respect to religions, castes,
Genders and status we will take
Our motherland to a new height
Of peace, love and prosperity
