Happy meal
Food doesn't make us happy,
Food has starches in it,
Junk food causes the body to slow down,
McDonald's is one of those things that is quick and easy,
If you have to grab something on the road after a soccer game or a Boy Scouts meeting,
But fast food isn't something you should have on regular basis,
Kids would eat it everyday if parents would let them,
But only you can make that decision.
