I hate to smile
I hate to laugh
I hate to giggle and grin
I hate to skip
I hate to dance
I hate to twirl and spin
I hate the sun
I hate the stars
I hate that sort of thing
I hate the grass
I hate the trees
I hate the birds that sing
I hate the sea
I hate the sand
I hate the seashells too
I hate the world
I hate it all
I hate that all I don't hate is you
very nice Kayleigh after the first few lines I thought just a typical subject from a 13 year old until I got to 'twirl and spin' and each line kept me going to the final double negative twist and I say 'superb' about this poem I also find humor in this poem because it speaks to the basic flaw of what I call 'image poetry' by expressing negative thoughts about the typical subjects I have found that the fans of image poetry are often overly serious about the style and its importance - to the degree of not recognizing other forms
