Have I Got Reason

Have I got reason to praise Him?
You betcha praise God I have
The number one reason! ...I've been redeemed!
O saved and I'm glad!
All my accumulation of sin
And the weight that I felt on my back
Was gone! ...gone!
when I trusted in Jesus
For joy there was definitely no lack

He had become my Salvation
Hallelujah I repented of sin
God took care of replacing Himself
With the lack of peace I felt within
Now I knew what ' it is finished' meant
O the grace of His sufficiency
His blood alone has the power to cleanse
And it washes over me

His Resurrection power is awesome
Death has no holding power there
For one day up from the grave He arose
And one day ascended into the air
That name that is above all names
Upon whom one day every tongue shall confess
May you come to know Him as your Saviour my friend
Where your life can be truly blessed

He's not a fallacy my friend
But He's truth with an all get out
For every soul that trusts in Him
Cannot but help to shout!
Hallelujah what a Saviour!
Who alone can deal with sin
For on an old rugged cross one day
He made it subservant to Him!
