He's The Higher Power

He's the Higher power alright
In fact He is the Highest
All the power in both Heaven and earth
In Jesus Christ abideth
Up close and personal Saviour
The Almighty God is He
Who raised Himself from the dead
And can do the same for thee

He's the Higher power alright
O give Him due recognition
Who by His Spirit can indwell
To start our faith's ignition
And put us on a pathway true
O Just and Holy One
Our triune God...Salvation's team
In the Father...the Spirit...the Son

He's the Higher power alright
He proves it by His saving
To every repentant heart He gives
For God's Word a craving
And sin admitted and confessed
Can know life's greatest hour
When it believes upon the Lord
Will receive earth's Highest power!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
